Fulfillment policy

  • Refund/Return policy: Our products are made on demand. We do not allow returns but under certain circumstances we will apply a store credit. Please email support@madisonbirchboutique regarding your return questions. Please be sure to provide your order number in subject line.

  • Shipping or delivery policy: Production time for most items is 7-10 business days. Items will be shipped immediately upon fulfillment. If you are ordering with New Prospect Elementary, your order will be delivered to the school for your student to bring home.

  • Cancellation policy: You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to completely cancel your order or change the size/color of your item(s) by emailing support@madisonbirchboutique.com. Please be sure to provide your order number in subject line.
